Any questions about your payment schedule, fees, or account status should be directed to the relevant provider using their official support channels.
Your obligation to pay us for the underlying program remains in effect, subject to our Refund Policy below.
7. Refunds, Cancellations, and “Return” Policy
We invest significant time, resources, and proprietary content into each enrolment. However, we also recognize the importance of clear consumer protections.
7.1 Cooling-Off / Return Period
For all qualifying enrolments in our online programs, you may request a refund within 14 calendar days from the date you first receive access to the program materials (your “Cooling-Off Period”).
For clarification purposes, this Cooling-Off Period is the equivalent of our “return period”, and it is within 14 days after you receive access to the items/services you purchased.
To clarify, any refund processed will be after applying/deducting the non-refundable Processing Charges.
7.2 Conditions for Refund Eligibility
To protect both our students and our business, refund eligibility during the Cooling-Off Period is subject to the following conditions:
Limited Usage
You must not have completed more than a reasonable introductory portion of the program (for example, no more than the first module or approximately 20% of the content, whichever is lower).
You must not have attended or used any 1:1 coaching sessions, deep-dive working sessions, or similar high-touch services.
No Abuse of the Program
We may decline refunds if we have reason to believe the program has been accessed in bad faith (for example, downloading or copying substantial materials and then requesting a refund).Request Must Be Sent by Email
Refund requests are only accepted and evaluated when submitted by email to:
support@oaktreeuni.comRequests made via social media, messaging apps, phone calls, or any other channel are not considered valid and will not be processed.
If you meet the above conditions and submit your request within 14 calendar days of receiving access, we will review your request in good faith and, if approved, issue a refund using the original payment method where reasonably possible. For BNPL purchases, the refund will be processed through that provider in line with their policies.
7.3 After the Cooling-Off Period
After the 14-day Cooling-Off Period has expired:
All fees are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or where we explicitly agree in writing to a different arrangement.
7.4 Program Changes, Deferrals, and Credits
At our discretion, instead of a refund we may offer options such as:
Deferring your start date to a later date
Providing a partial credit toward another OakTreeUni program
These options are not guaranteed and are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
This Refund Policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable law.
